New Web Site
Design
When we create your new
Web site from start to finish, we can maintain a
professional look and feel that is the same
across all the web pages. We also assure correct
viewing regardless of which browsers your
customers are using. The new initial design
layout includes:
- Graphics design,
buttons and layouts for uniform page
appearance throughout the web site.
- Including your
existing company logo throughout the design
if desired.
- Building the
technically correct HTML code for each page,
to give the same perfect appearance no
matter what browsers your customers are
using
- Linking the web
pages together
- Writing the
content for each page
- Formatting each
page with correct HTML
- Scanning your
photos, sizing them, and optimizing them for
downloading.
- Taking new photos
as necessary.
- Programming a
simple order form if required.
- Programming a
simple customer contact form (Does not
include more complex programming like a
shopping cart, which is priced separately.)
- Customizing the
graphics and editing the photos for optimum
downloading are the most time-consuming
parts of the work. A site that is
graphics-intensive costs more per page than
a more text-oriented site.
Pricing:
Costs are typically based on size and scope
of project.
All website work will require a $150 up
front starter fee.
That will obtain your domain name,
registration and an ISP contract
completed with as many email accounts as
necessary…
Work on your site will commence upon
receipt of up front fee with server
uploads for review. After the
customer is completely satisfied with
the site, which should be no longer than
30 days, the remaining fee of $250 will
be due.
This $400 is a one time fee. Starting
the second year of service, an annual
maintenance fee of $150 will be charged
and every year thereafter unless other
arrangements are made.
This is to maintain the domain name and
ISP along with minor maintenance… Minor
maintenance will be approx 30 minutes
per month for updated text and/or
occasional photo upgrade.
If more extensive work is required, a
charge of $30 per hour with a $25
minimum fee will be required.
Re-Design of Existing Site
If you would like to
improve and update your existing site, we will
create a new design layout and make minor
updates to your page content and photos.
Price:
Determined by the extent of changes needed.
Keyword: a word
or phrase that customers use to search for your
product. This is the word or phrase customers
enter into the "Search" line on the Search
engine. The Search Engine looks on the Internet
for Web sites containing the keyword or key
phrase. We want people to find your Web site, so
we use keywords in the Web site design.
Basic Services
This covers standard
web site maintenance such as:
- Memory size
compression for existing images
- HTML repair for an
existing site
- Creating images,
buttons or icons
- Adding information
to an existing database
- Adding text or
text changes to an existing site
Price:
$30 per hour
Hourly Blocks at Discounted Rates
If your site only needs
partial changes done:
- Generally for more
than eight total hours
Price:
Figured by types of changes and overall time
needed.
