1. 50% deposit is required to hold dates reserved. Deposit will be refunded with 30 day notice.
2. Rates are quoted less Washington State Sales Tax (due upon arrival)
3. A $100 damage and cleaning deposit is required upon arrival. We will cover 2 hours of cleaning and deduct additional expenses from the deposit at $20/hour. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit. The refund will be paid within 30 days of rental.
4. No Pets / No Smoking is our standard policy.
5. Two (2) night minimum.
6. 30 Day cancellation required for deposit refund.
